Marble Pines

A 200-acre primary-production and conservation farm in Kingsdale, NSW, balancing sustainable forest products, ecological restoration, and nature-based visitor experiences.

Pure Magic, practical land stewardship

A working farm with a soft footprint and a serious purpose.

Marble Pines combines a mature Radiata pine plantation, rehabilitating pasture, and sensitive wildlife habitat within the Sydney Water Catchment. Our work follows three connected paths: commercial forest products, land rehabilitation, and carefully managed eco-tourism.

The Farm

Two hundred acres at 211 Marble Hill Road, Kingsdale: around 100 acres of mature thinned Radiata pine plantation and around 100 acres of pasture planned for careful rehabilitation.

Regeneration

We are restoring degraded pasture with native grasses and high-value woodland species including Yellow Box, White Box, Blakely’s Red Gum, Kangaroo Grass, Wallaby Grass and Hickory Wattle.

Catchment-aware by design

Calm on the surface. Carefully managed underneath.

Marble Pines sits within the Sydney Water Catchment and carries C3 Environmental Management zoning. That setting shapes every commercial idea: production must be modest, low-impact and compatible with soil, water and wildlife care.

The long-term direction is a working landscape that can support boutique food, forest products, visitor experiences, environmental grants and future nature-market opportunities without losing the quiet magic of the place.
